It hardly seems like it was two years ago that Ken popped the question. I was so surprised- to the point that I did not even realize what was happening, asking Ken if he was planning a trip for us with friends! Instead, he got down on one knee in the below-freezing temperatures and told me he loved me, and asked me to marry him.
These are pictures from our evening, the rock where he proposed beside the Potomac River, and our dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House afterward.
We celebrated our two year engage-aversary with a trip to the Caribbean, pictures of which are likely to come shortly. We're so thankful to our friends and family who have walked with us these past two years in the various stages of engagement, wedding planning, and the start of our marriage. We are without a doubt convinced it would have been a far less sweet journey thus far without each and every one of you.
