As some of you know, my attempts at baking tend to be hit or miss. Suffice it to say that the baking adventures continue as I am trying to master Julia Childs' recipe for Chocolate Souffle.
I'll keep trying and hopefully I'll eventually get it right. In the meantime, I'd love any suggestions on tricks of the trade when it comes to baking souffles.
