The sunshine and warm weather have been the perfect excuse to pick up some plants to line our street tree box!
I'm adding various colors of Petunias (I love their trumpet-shaped blooms... and their name!) And white Begonias. The bed already has purple and pink Verbena and a pink Crape Myrtle bush. The front bed gets direct light all day long, so it needs to be filled with hearty sun-loving flowers and greens.
Planning to get a couple tomato and hot pepper plants in the ground before the week is over...

I planted tomato plants in a pot this year....I have several in the making and two are now starting to turn color. So excited, hope they taste good ! Love your posts.
