A Few Friends, Great Food, and New Year Reflection

Christmas in the District for us means many opportunities to get together with people we love! Earlier this week we had dinner with friends, and little Miss B made a special appearance toward the end of the evening. (Upon our arrival, D called us into look at Baby B, who was fast asleep with her hand in the air...)

Here are some pictures of mama, baby girl, and the delicious spread that Chef MM put together! We dined on pasta with homemade clam marinara and alfredo! Also on the menu was homemade bread, green salad with L's special dressing, and for dessert we ate D's peanut butter pie to round it all out!

After the meal, we spent some time talking about the past year, and reflecting on some of the Lord's kindnesses to us in 2010.

We are eager to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on Christmas morning, and we hope you are as well!
