While perusing my Google Reader, I came across this amazing combination from one of my favorite cheese blogs, Madame Fromage. Baked Feta with dates and honey. Yum! I think I'll be adding this to my list of dishes to try when Ken is working late and I'm making dinner for one... or maybe for a girls' night. It seems like an interesting alternative to the now-common baked brie and apples, don't you think?
